Well, for Christmas this year my family drove down from the midwest to spend time with the kids (and Jim and I)
The kids were very excited!
The boys were very excited that grandpa and uncle Caleb came down too!
We decided to drive to New Mexico to go hiking and cave exploring…
But we got a HUGE surprise… about 8 inches if I remember right. So we turned around and headed back home after taking 13 hours in the car total. We got there only to find out that the cave was closed due to the snow. I guess we are Northerners.
The kids got to make a birthday cake to celebrate Christ’s birth. I showed them what to do and…
they went to town!
It was a fun weekend and they are looking forward to going to Grandma E’s house in March.
