I received my results from my doctor from the testing that we did. We decided to test certain things that could cause miscarriages, like thyroid or cholesterol problems, that are “easy fixes”. (things that are not fixable: genetic problem or uterus deformation, which if that was it we probably wouldn’t do surgery since I can carry to term) My results were actual almost entirely perfect. Cholesterol, thyroid, hemoglobin, blood sugars… were all in the normal range. The only thing that was off was my pituitary gland. That is suppose to be between 1-5, mine was 5.16. We are praying of whether or not we should pursue more testing since I was sick when they took the blood draw and my Dr. said that that could throw it off. He didn’t say if that could cause a miscarriage though. Which then, makes me think, that it wouldn’t.

Yesterday Josiah and I went to met my friend, Yonah, at the Westroads kiddie playground. We spent the afternoon with Yonah shopping, eating and playing. Josiah loved showing Yonah the fun things he found… lol, he was getting her ready for her little one who is due in July. He was having fun with her though. She would ask him what he thought of any item in the store and he would shake his head yes or no.

We went to church early today for an informational meeting for a church plant. When we walked in the music group were practicing the songs we were to see that night. Josiah ran to the front by the stage and started dancing!

Josiah has been very interested in sounds lately, especially animals. Today he was on the phone with his grandma and he was “showing” her the owl. She asked him what does and owl say and he said “whooo”!

Josiah loves babies. Recently a friend, Travis, introduced this video to Josiah. Josiah watches it and laughs, he points to the screen and say “baba” and kisses the baby (he kisses the computer). PLEASE WATCH! It is less than two minutes long and very adorable!

Josiah decided on Saturday that he was going to pin daddy down. Much to Jim’s surprise Josiah runs and plops on his stomach. Than he sits on top of Jim stomach and lifts both hands well above his hands as if he won. He is quite a goof!

Thank you all so much for your encouragement over the past 2 months as we went through the trial of loosing our little ones. God has been very gracious to us during this time. He taught us to cherish our precious little boy and to remember that we, as sinners, deserve death and to be blessed with life is a gracel… wow, what a miracle! That God would give us a child, even if it is only for a moment in time, to love and care for something so precious is amazing!
I am pleased to announce that our little ones finally have names! We decided to do a boy and a girl name. The names are Adora and Thomas. The reason why we picked them is simple. The meanings of the names. Adora means beloved and Thomas means twin, so together it means: beloved twins.

toilet? We just started the beginnings of potty training (showing Josiah the chair, letting him just sit on it, talk about it… etc.). Josiah has really shocked Jim and myself with how well he is doing at it. He has already lead both Jim and I to the bathroom so he can go! GO FIGURE! 14 months and he is already telling us to take him to the bathroom!

Josiah received an airplane for Christmas this year from one of his great-grandparents. This apparently made Josiah confused. We would ask him where the airplane is and he would point up, now where points to his airplane and runs to go play with it. He loves to just look at it and touch it. I think he figures it makes him an adult to manage an airplane.
